Information on Glocalisation

I've found little on the term 'glocal' within marketing sectors online, but found an interesting site called the Glocal Forum, which appears to be linked to the World Bank and is an international project on the development of a globalisation networking strategy that focuses heavily on the local components of a region, such as local governments, community, youth and education.

Interestingly, one of the key priority sectors, or 'building blocks' is Information and Communication Technology (ICT).

The Glocal Forum aims to bring people and resources together in the pursuit of peaceful development, through the promotion of inter-city relationships, peace-building initiatives, youth empowerment, and information and communication technology. [online]

I have found some work by Svensson (2001, 2002) on "glocalism". It seems to be more a marketing term - but I'll keep searching! Has anyone else found some good stuff on "Glocalism"?
